Assistant Engineer – Business Development: Hospitals and Elderly Account

The Role:
Prepare technical design; feasibility study and sales kits
Liaise with consultants and clients
Arrange sales pitching and site visits for clients
Study and source relevant products and equipment
Responsible for site coordination and supervision
Monitor project progress and handle interim reporting
Travel to Mainland China to take part in some Commercial and Industrial development projects
Involve in applying renewable energy, such as solar, wind, landfill gas etc., in additional to gas and electricity for energy consumption of buildings in Greater Bay Area
Introduce and apply advance international engineering system and energy applications to commercial customers in Greater Bay Area
Explore the Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) business in hotels, hospitals and commercial buildings in southern China area with advance and innovative technology, equipment and system
Working location: Shenzhen or locations within GBA
The Person:
Degree in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering or relevant engineering disciplines
Multi-tasking, creative, self-motivated and enthusiastic
Able to manage projects independently and work under pressure
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficiency in Putonghua is required
Holder of a valid driving license is an added advantage

Study and review tender document, local regulations and standards
Responsible for site coordination and supervision
Monitor project progress and handle interim reporting
Travel to Mainland China to take part in Commercial and industrial development projects
Involve in applying renewable energy, such as solar, wind, landfill gas etc., in additional to gas and electricity for energy consumption of buildings in Greater Bay Area
Review and enhance the mainland engineering standards and guidelines with reference to international engineering standards
Involve in energy-related city projects in Great Bay Area such as waste treatment, landfill site operation, incineration and crematorium operations by applying advance and innovative technology
Working location: Shenzhen or locations within GBA
