Common Facilities Booking System (HKUFBS)
Eligible MECH users can enter this system to book meeting rooms or seminar rooms in our department. Please contact General Office to place booking for you if you found any trouble in the booking.

Research Student Centre (HWG/F) Discussion Rooms Booking
Six discussion rooms are available for booking by RPG students at the Research Student Centre. Users should bring their own computers for using the display panels or projectors in the rooms.

This is for Mech. Staff ONLY. Login has to be implemented in campus network, otherwise, please login via HKUVPN first. Update has been stopped since 2023.
